In Lazy town, there was particularly candy and barely any healthy food. Until Sportacus came. He lives in a zeppelin above Lazy Town and he believes that it is important to eat fruit and vegetables. He wakes up and starts working out, but first he eats and it varies from morning to morning what he eats.
Sportacus believes that you can get way more energy out of a piece of fruit than outof a piece of candy. That’s why he promotes healthy food so much, because he wants to let children realize that it’s important to choose well about what you eat every day. To make it more fun to eat healthy, Sportacus gives the days of the week a funny name e.g. Melon Monday, Banana Sunday ... He learns us that we can eat our fruits in many different ways: smoothies, frozen, in tiny slices or cups … And always remembers us about the hygiene: wash your fruit/vegetables!
This sportscandy gives a lot of energy. They’re natural sugars and it’s the best idea when you decide to work out. Feeling a bit feebly? Eat an apple! Sportacus has a charming way of promoting healthy food and has a very open-minded opinion about it. The regular candy can give you totally hideous teeth so it’s exceptionally brilliant that the fruit in Lazy Town is a sweet as candy and is, above all, very tasty. A little fact is that the effect that the fruit and vegetables of Lazy Town have, is highly likely to improve the understanding of our brains.
